If you want to be heard, you must submit a request before the start of the meeting.

If you do not want to speak on one of the topics listed on the CSD Agenda,  you can ask to speak during the PUBLIC COMMENT period (Agenda Item #4 for the May 11 meeting).

What are your main concerns?

  • the expansion of the planned sewer system (and any associated costs and disruption)?

  • the urban sprawl that an expanded project invites by providing infrastructure of support density and development

  • the location of the planned sewage treatment facility?

  • the size of sewage treatment plant the CSD has begun planning to build?

  • potential health hazards posed by a larger, above-ground sewage plant? 

  • the expenditure of public money on a project the community has not approved? 

  • the extent (or lack) of the CSD’s community engagement about project size and scope?
